Refund policy

At EverNook, most products are made to order or personalized specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or incorrect personalization provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please send your order number and clear photos of the issue to evernook@daism.online. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may have entered production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
